Trinita Logue

Biography

A former Jacksonville resident now living in Chicago, Trinita began her art career in grade school and continued her art education through college. After a long and successful career in business, she became a full-time, self-employed artist and opened her own studio in 2014.

Her series titled Room Portraits has become a popular commission in recent years. Reflective of their owners’ spaces, she portrays complex still life’s using a variety of materials. These works emphasize line and color and require the use of pens, markers, inks, and watercolor. Logue highlights the absence of the figure by showcasing how humans interact with their environments, creating a loose yet highly detailed series.
