Bio: Chris Flagg’s role as a talented designer, community visionary and urban planner has contributed to numerous improvements within the City of Jacksonville. His talents enable him to graphically communicate through the use of various mediums and establish himself as one of the foremost illustrators within his profession. As an award winning watercolorist, he loves the spontaneity of plein air painting; its expressive qualities and its usual unknown outcome as a finished product. His appreciation of art and design has contributed many years as an award winning design authority.
